If a person or animal is seriously injured, experiencing a medical emergency, or there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency professional immediately.
After-Hours Support Is Subject to Availability
After-hours support is subject to trainer availability and is not guaranteed 24/7. If Bad Attitude K9 cannot provide the consultation and no consultation occurs, the customer's initial $39 payment will be refunded.
Request After-Hours Urgent Training Support
After-hours phone consultation: $39 includes up to the first 10 minutes. Additional consultation time is $15 per 5-minute block and is only added with your approval.

Urgent In-Person Evaluations & Fees
An urgent in-person evaluation is a separate service and may include: Normal Evaluation Price + $75 After-Hours Priority Fee, or for major holidays, Normal Evaluation Price + $125 Holiday Priority Fee. You will always be informed of the total price and must approve it before the trainer travels. You are never obligated to accept an in-person evaluation just because a phone consultation took place. Additional travel fees may apply outside the normal service area and will be disclosed in advance.
Refund Policy
If Bad Attitude K9 cannot provide the requested consultation and no consultation takes place, the $39 payment will be refunded. Once the consultation begins, the $39 initial consultation charge is generally non-refundable. Additional consultation charges apply only to additional time actually provided and authorized by the customer.
